Sweet & Sassy Retail Store and Spa, Alpharetta

Sweet & Sassy in Alpharetta needed to transform a retail space into a vibrant, multi-functional salon, spa, and party venue designed specifically for children. 

The build-out was driven by an extremely tight timeline tied to the client’s grand opening requiring work to be done around the clock to stay on schedule. 

Property Action collaborated closely with the franchise team to understand their operational flow, safety requirements, and brand aesthetic, ensuring that every element—from finishes to layout—supported the fun, high-energy experience the brand is known for. The project was completed on time and to a high standard, and as a result, we are proud to be considered for future Sweet & Sassy build-outs.
