Parkway Drive Triplex, Atlanta

On Parkway Drive in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward, Property Action fully renovated a historic triplex. The project included a modern addition to the rear of the original historic building.   

The existing structure, built in 1920, atop the foundation of an even older structure, had suffered extensive fire and water damage. The project required careful planning and craftsmanship to preserve historical integrity while bringing the building up to modern standards. 

Property Action navigated the structural complexities, updated systems, and executed a seamless blend of preserving historic character while integrating new construction. The result is a beautifully restored triplex that honors its legacy while providing safe, modern living spaces in the vibrant  Old Fourth Ward neighborhood.
